Mushroom Rice - Mushroom has almost no calorie so if you make rice with Mushroom you will cut the curb in half. Also Mushroom is good for you and it will add awesome taste to your rice.
Protein Burgers - I made seafood and meat version today.
Just mix your fav veggies and tofu with your meat and bake in oven!
I add cheese to few pieces for special treat!
Purple Potato Cauliflower mash - Boil the veggies and blend it.
I add Goji berry for little sweetness. I guess if we have little sweet thing in the end of the meal we will be satisfied more.
